PROEKSPORT Albania provides services that support innovation, technology adoption and international cooperation:

PROEKSPORT Albania operates under a triple-helix structure integrating industry, academia and public institutions, ensuring a collaborative environment for innovation, skills development and strategic growth.
- Industry: 16 SMEs in garment, footwear, denim and textile production.
- Academia: Polytechnic University of Tirana (CAD/CAM labs, 3D printing, engineering departments).
- Public sector: institutions involved in innovation, digitalisation and cultural heritage.
