PROEKSPORT ALBANIA (PEA) has adopted its Gender Equality Plan 2026–2029, aimed at promoting equal opportunities, inclusive organisational practices, gender balance, non-discrimination and the prevention of gender-based violence and sexual harassment. The Plan supports PEA’s commitment to European and international standards and its participation in EU-funded programmes and projects.
